The last stretch of the route continues along the cycling path of the former railway towards the famous spa town of Fiuggi. After leaving the medieval village of Acuto, the path descends gently through countryside dotted with vineyards and olive groves. The landscape gradually changes: the Ernici Mountains come closer and more imposing, while the profile of Fiuggi begins to emerge, developed on two levels - the ancient village perched on the hill (Fiuggi Città at 747 m) and the modern spa area below (Fiuggi Fonte at 621 m). The cycling path ends abruptly on Via Prenestina at the entrance to Fiuggi Fonte. Here, one must pay attention to traffic and cross to the opposite roadway to enter the populated area. The spa area is characterized by early 20th-century Liberty architecture, historic hotels, and the famous Parco delle Fonti with its fountains of oligomineral water flowing directly from the spring.
For pilgrims wishing to visit the characteristic medieval village, a stop at Fiuggi Città is recommended: a steep walk of about 2 km (or a ride in the local shuttle) leads to the historic center, where cobblestone alleys, hidden squares, and urban art murals tell the millenary history of what was once called Anticoli. From Piazza Trento e Trieste, dominated by the majestic Grand Hotel-Teatro Comunale in Liberty style, one can enjoy a magnificent view of the underlying valley.
